Unleash your inner beast using the Full Body Animal Strength Workout. This full body workout combines barbell and kettlebelltraining to generate animalistic gains. The strength workout begins with a barbell complex that is a challenge in and of itself, but we are just getting started. The barbell complex is followed by a combination of kettlebell and barbell exercises that will take your strength to a whole new level!
Workout Instructions
After completing the barbell complex in group A, rest 60 seconds and repeat for a total of 10 rounds. Perform the kettlebell and barbell exercises in group B without rest. After completing group B, rest 60 seconds and repeat for a total of 5 rounds. The same instructions for group B apply to group C.
A1: Barbell deadlift, hang clean – push press complex – 10 rounds x 5 reps
B1: KB Deck Squat – 5 rounds x 10 reps
B2: Barbell Roll Out – 5 rounds x 5 reps
C1: Kettlebell Offset Push-up – 5 rounds x 8 reps each side
C2: Kettlebell Lateral Split Squat Low Switch – 5 rounds x 8 reps each side
